Frederick (Rick) C. Wieting is a 1973 graduate of Marquette University Law School and is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of Wisconsin as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Wieting practices in the areas of Creditor’s Rights and Remedies (including foreclosures, workouts, restructures, forbearance agreements and protecting creditors in bankruptcy), Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Estates.

His clients include banks, lending cooperatives and other financial institutions as well as businesses and farms.

On a personal basis, Mr. Wieting has been involved in youth soccer for years and has served as chairperson of the board of trustees for his church. He and his wife Kathy, have three children, one of whom practices in this firm.
